seeking his own rests in the heart of all
not willing to understand nor to compromise
ears and eyes seem to be close
oh selfishness how could you take the throne
the calendar is limited to accomodate everybody
a single vote can conclude a majority
if change is inevitable
can it be attitude instead of the dates?
focus is not by the number of days
in fact, it may invite laziness and waste
Lord, please reveal unto us what is enough
five, seven or ten, only You who knows best
quite grumpy of the rescheduling
Lord take this away soon
You do not take pleasure in complaints
how weak, Lord be our strenght
whatever tomorrow may bring
we have every reason to sing
cause You are faithful and sufficient for all
God please accept our apology
these concerns surely distract
but thanks to God for these we run to Him,
confessing and willing to start anew
Father, grant us with happy, loving and content hearts
speak to us personally
gather us corporately
in Your hands we commit this semester
have Your way dearest Master
