LIGHTS

Absalom’s life story was sad for he died consumed by the deceitfulness of his own heart. His pursuit for power led him to rebel against his dad, David and consequently caused his life to end. Once we take off our focus on Jesus then we are giving room for Satan’s lies to rule over our decisions and motivations. Whatever gifts we enjoy like the good looks Absalom had and his being a member of the royal family should be used to bless others. With authority to speak then talk of Him, with wealth then give, with health then move to help, with your brokenness then tell of His healing and with Jesus nothing is impossible but apart from Him we can do nothing.

With beautiful places around and with a wonderful family in the Lord then it is lovely to spend time taking pictures with them. After the mid-week service (learning from Absalom’s fall) and before going home to Gensan I went with my church family for a number of crazy and beautiful poses with balls and lights as backgrounds.
Christmas trees, gifts and even life would be meaningless if the LIGHT of the world did not come to tell of the Father’s great love to all men that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but will have eternal life.
