Psalm 51:10-12
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God,
And renew a steadfast spirit within me.
11 Do not cast me away from Your presence,
And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.
12 Restore to me the joy of Your salvation,
And uphold me by Your generous Spirit.
My notes from tonight's midweek service
Our SINCERITY is IMPURE
is BLINDED
is LIMITED
The GOSPEL is PURE
is LIBERATING
is TRUE
It is not about our sincerity but the Lord's finished work.
Jesus is certainty and He is God's love letter to us.
What we believe would dictate how we behave.
If we hold His words dear in our hearts then we are walking in the safe path. Not a path that is storm-free but storm-proof.
